Is there any hope of an update to the middle section that’ll allow for the use of Brushless ESCs? I’ve found a brushless motor (Tamiya TBLM02 17.5T) that’ll work and match the spec of the 21T 550 brushed motors with zero modifiction to the front and rear gigaprints, and an ESC that may be a perfect match (Hobbywing Quicrun 10BL60) for said motors, but the dimensions for the ESC placement in the stock locations are just a tiny bit too small.
I’ll try to see if I can get my brushless ESCs to fit with the stock chassis but with the controllers in a different location. Getting access to the CAD files for the centre chassis (ie, not just STLs but the raw CAD files for Fusion360/Solidworks etc.) would also be a huge help for those of us who want to use other components.
Great build so far though! Really enjoying it so far 🙂
Hello,
Actually we already have some parts with Brushless conversation, jut the Exoskeleton modification (specially the Frunk) is still in progress and we would introduce in one big 2.0 update, but than I can send the file via email like a preliminary/test version.
